Ordering information

• The checkout of our website is SSL secured, making it virtually impossible for third parties to intercept communication (e.g. credit card information, address information etc.).

• E-mail offers and other special discounts, which require you to quote a discount code, will generally be applied at the order review page. This page is shown after you completed the order forms, but just before submitting your order to us.
  
  Please make sure you have entered the appropriate rate code in the additional remarks box on the digital order forms. Rate codes can also be quoted anywhere on our printed order forms.

• Unless otherwise indicated, (e-mail) offers are intended for private individuals, and are only valid when ordered directly from Kugler Publications.

• The prices of all our products are quoted in Euros (�) and  US Dollars ($) and are exclusive of VAT; however, the Euro price is definitive. Credit card charges will always be made in Euros.

• Due to European Union legislation, we are obliged to charge value-added tax (VAT ) (6% books, 19% CD-ROMs/DVDs. Product consisting of a book and DVD or CD-ROM will be charged with 6% VAT of one half of the price, and the other half with 19% VAT) for European Union residents without a VAT number. Please provide your VAT number when ordering and kindly remember that we cannot change an invoice once it has been issued. (note: VAT is not applicable for residents outside the European Union!)

• With your order, you will receive an invoice, that specifies the products ordered, the price paid, etc., and, when applicable, the amount of VAT charged.

• Wholesalers (e.g. booksellers) will (always) be charged with postage and fees, but will receive a standard trade discount. Please indicate company name clearly when ordering! Please also check the bookseller check box when ordering online.

• We will (automatically) confirm your order by e-mail.

• Orders placed through the website shopping cart system must be paid for by credit card (our webshop is SSL secure so your information will be safe!) or PayPal.

• Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, American Express or EuroCard/MasterCard/Access), by check, or through PayPal. Euro checks should be drawn on a Euro bank; US Dollars checks on a US bank. Bank account information (BIC, IBAN, etc.) for direct money transfers  is available upon request. However, this information is also quoted at the bottom of our invoices.

• An administration fee of  � 10.00/US $ 15.00 may be added, if we are unable to charge your credit card due to insufficient/invalid information provided, or due to insufficient credit.

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice, however, any such changes will be swiftly included in our website catalogue.

• We do not fulfill orders on a see safe basis. However, please contact us immediately after receipt should there be anything wrong with the content and we will replace those items as soon as possible. Returns can be made simply by putting the book(s) back in the original packaging, and put return to sender on the parcel. Please, always contact us in advance, before returning anything!

Shipping and handling

• Prices of shipping and handling depend on type of shipping and weight of delivery.

• In figure 1 the estimated delivery time is given. Delivery time depends on type of shipping and day of the week. Figure 1 is based on current day of the week.
